On Saturday, after playing with the boys at the Nong Khai Boys Home, we stopped for lunch on the road. So many of our favorite foods were available. The most delicious chicken soup with ginder, cashew chicken (spicy), chicken fried rice, and sweet and sour chicken. The greens that were served were excellent, and the cucumbers were so fresh.
This was a bit of a change of pace from lunch at the Ricefields Base, but we were comfortable here because Chris and most of our Thai staff were with us.
