Since our visit to the Night Market earlier in the week, the group awaited their visit to the Silk Market, where Thai-wares, in particular silken wares, could be purchased for really good prices. There were many culturally experiences here, in addition to the shopping. Students were able to purchase Thai-tea, served over ice in a plastic bag. Wearing Thai-pants and holding bags of Thai-tea, the group nearly fit in. There were only a couple of things which gave away their nationality.
