"Thai Games"

Disclaimer - This post is a bit delayed to due to jet lag.  We just couldn't stay up long enough yesterday to complete this post.
Enjoy:

By the end of the night we were all pretty dead, but we were soon re-energized when we started playing our “Thai Games”. These were filled with relay races based on the Thai culture. We were split into two teams and painted the faces of our teammates with our color. The red and green teams both battled to the death. The games consisted of egg tosses, running on coconuts, race eating of Thai food, and carrying a water balloon while running. It was a lot of fun and we are very excited to see what more is in store for us this week!  ~ Jerri

Team members took turns apply war paint. Claire was sure to get Gretchen's face just right!

The Green Team and the Red Team rehearsing their team cheers
Their team cheers reflected their jet-lag, but the competition which followed was fierce. They competed well past sunset, and then took their painted selves to dinner!
